In high school, I studied film photography. From there, I studied illustration and drawing. In 2003, I became interested in digital photography and noticed that I really enjoyed taking pictures of family and friends.
Digital photography first starts with the ability to identify and capture life’s aesthetic qualities. The ultimate goal of photography is to use your mind, camera, and sophisticated software along with the greatest camera created, the human eye, to produce unforgettable images. My goal is not to take pictures, but to create photographs that stimulate the mind with emotion, excitement, and curiosity.
I believe that once you fully understand how to manipulate light you can master photography.
Being able to capture tender moments is a vital skill to possess. Events, like birthday celebrations and family reunions, give me the opportunity to hone the skills a wedding photographer needs.
Maternity is very special to me because a child created by a husband and wife becomes a significant someone. Through photography, I am able to help build someone’s history.
Although wedding photography is my niche market, I am always seeking opportunities to photograph people creatively.
Because everyone has specific needs, it is nearly impossible to design “standard” photography packages. I work to satisfy each client; allow me to design a custom package for you!
